When you actually see a doctor they are very helpful and good however getting there is not an easy process. The sit and wait system needs to be changed, it does NOT work. It would be better to , have some doctors doing this and the others a book on the day system it wouldn’t create any more patients. It would make the job of the receptionist easier, no more annoyed patients who have been sat waiting for hours, no more germs being spread around.

Having avoided injections/inoculations for nearly 40 years following a bad experience, I was faced with the necessity of having to have them. Louise, the nurse I had my appointment with, could not have been more patient and reassuring. Louise gave me all the information I needed beforehand to make an informed decision and talked me through everything that would happen. With her help today I managed to overcome a massive fear and had 2 injections. I have further appointments with Louise for the remaining 3 in the next few weeks. Thank you so much.

Very helpful receptionists who must get asked the same questions 1000 times a day! The computerised booking-in system was easy to use and there's plenty of screens so you don't miss your turn.

It is very difficult to see the same doctor. Getting an appointment within a week is nigh on ompossible.

I really liked this doctors surgery, however I'm really annoyed that today last minute my appointment got cancelled. Not only did I have to make time up today for being late to work but when my appointment does get rearranged again I'll have to make more time up. They should be more considerate to those that actually work. I can't see them having cancelled every appointment and I think in the future they should prioritise workers over the unemployed. So frustrating I'm really disappointed and annoyed! And to top it off I was supposed to receive a call back today and the person calling me back has gone without bothering! BLOODY USELESS! When I questioned the receptionist I was told maybe I was best off changing my doctors! I'm fuming I actually had concerns I wanted to discuss and now courtesy of your incompetence and complete and utter negligence I don't know when I'll get the opportunity to do so!!!! I will be looking at changing doctors now!
